    May we introduce: our gluten-free pizza baking mix! As you would expect from us, the baking mix gives you a great dough that is easy to work with. Take a look at our recipe for gluten-free pizza dough.

    Roll out the pizza dough very thinly and you will get a really nice, thin pizza like in Italy with a great crust. This is because it rises well in the oven and becomes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. As with all pizza dough, less is more when it comes to toppings so that the dough can develop.

  • Everything on for your preferences

    You can make the dough in just a few minutes and it only needs a short resting period before baking. You can also prepare dough balls in advance and leave them to rest for a few hours before use. This is particularly practical if you are planning a party, for example, or if time is short before preparation. One 900g baking mix is enough for six 30 cm pizzas, or many smaller ones - depending on your preference.
