May we introduce: Our brand new pizza dough baking mix! The baking mix has been on the Ruut bucket list for a long time and now it's finally starting. As usual from us, you get a great, easy-to-work-out dough with the baking mix.

You roll out the pizza dough very thinly and then you get a really nice, thin pizza like in Italy with a great edge. Because it rises well in the oven and becomes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. As with any pizza dough, the same applies here, less is more with the topping so that the dough can unfold.

Our pizza dough mix is ​​vegan, paleo and naturally gluten-free from the ground up.

You can make the dough in minutes and it only needs a short rest before baking. You can also prepare balls of dough in advance and let them rest for a few hours before use. This is particularly practical if you are planning a party, for example, or the time before preparation is short.

A baking mix is ​​enough for two pizzas of 30 cm each, or many small ones - depending on your preference.
