Der Pizzateig ist perfekt gelungen! Beim nächsten Mal versuche ich weniger als die angegebene Menge Öl zu verwenden, ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass er dann auch noch sehr lecker ist. :)

Lässt sich gut verarbeiten

Die Backmischung lässt sich sehr einfach und schnell verarbeiten. Der Teig ist gut auszurollen und schmeckt. Von der Menge her würden mir, wenn der Belag reichlich ist, auch 100g Backmischung für eine Pizza reichen.
