Ingredients: for approx. 13 cakes
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 100 ground almonds
- 130 g Ruut manioc flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30 g raisins (optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 30 g sugar
- 1 egg, size L
- 50 g soft butter
- 2 sweet apples (approx. 380 g)
PREPARATION:
Tip :) Only use kitchen scales for our recipes and for weighing the flour.
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into very small pieces.
- Place all the ingredients in a baking bowl and knead with your hands to form a sticky dough.
- Add the apples and knead them in briefly.
- Shape the dough into 13 small cakes/rolls (approx. the size of a golf ball)
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 190 °C, top and bottom heat, for approx. 25 minutes.
- Leave them to cool slightly, then you can enjoy them lukewarm.
