Quick low-carb Parmesan waffles

Schnelle low carb Parmesan-Waffeln

low carb | grain-free | gluten-free

Ingredients: for 3 waffles

  • 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 g Ruut cassava flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

PREPARATION:

Tip :) Only use kitchen scales for our recipes and for weighing the flour.

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix to a smooth batter. Either use a hand mixer or an electric mixer.
  2. Preheat the waffle iron, brush with a little oil and pour in a third of the batter. Bake the waffles until golden brown and enjoy while still warm.

TIP:

You can also let the waffles cool and then enjoy them as low-carb bread for dinner with some cream cheese and/or ham.
