1. Vinschgau flavored spice mix

For the buns:

  • 4 tsp spice mix, composed of 1 tsp each of ground fennel, aniseed, caraway and coriander.

Add the spices together with the flour and continue with the recipe as usual.

Double the amount for the bread, i.e. 2 teaspoons of each spice.

2. Gluten-free bread with sun-dried tomatoes, olives and oregano

For the bread from the gluten-free baking mix for bread and rolls
Recipe as described on the baking mix bag.
Before stirring the ingredients together, add:
  • 60 g green and black olives, cut into thin rings
  • 50 g sun-dried tomatoes and oil, well drained and chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano and
  • 1 tsp dried basil
Mix everything well and continue as described in the recipe.
