For the buns:
- 4 tsp spice mix, composed of 1 tsp each of ground fennel, aniseed, caraway and coriander.
Add the spices together with the flour and continue with the recipe as usual.
Double the amount for the bread, i.e. 2 teaspoons of each spice.
2. Gluten-free bread with sun-dried tomatoes, olives and oregano
- 60 g green and black olives, cut into thin rings
- 50 g sun-dried tomatoes and oil, well drained and chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano and
- 1 tsp dried basil
