Wir bestellen das Ruut Maniokmehl seit Jahren, ich liebe wie toll man damit backen kann! Weizenmehl kann bei fast allem 1:1 dadurch ersetzt werden. Mit anderem Maniokmehl klappt das nicht so gut, daher lohnt sich der Preis. Weiter so! Danke liebes Ruut-Team!

Ich bin sehr froh, mit dem Ruut Maniokmehl endlich ein glutenfreies Mehl gefunden zu haben, mit dem sich leckeres Hefebrot backen lässt, das sehr locker ist und auch einige Tage so locker bleibt.
